Who we are

CRMs is the most widely used SaaS in the enterprise, yet completely outdated. They are hard to onboard on. Hard to customize. Nowadays, we should expect more from software. Inspired by the new generation of productivity tools like Airtable, Notion, Figma, Shopify or Webflow, we believe the same level of simplicity, customization and integration is to apply to any software category in the enterprise.

Our goal is to bring the power of no-code to the world of CRM - a space that is yet to be revolutionized and is still dominated by legacy tools. We want to democratize the use of the CRM to any team that needs to manage its contacts collaboratively, such as teams into PR, Sales, Recruiting, VCs, Agencies, Real Estate.

folk has been founded 18 months ago. We've raised a seed funding round of $4,5M with Accel and 50 angels from companies like Figma, Notion, Stripe, Webflow, Pitch, Adobe. And we actually launched the first version of our product quite recently, there never was a more exciting time to join us!

Are you up for it?


We're on the look out for our future Marketing Manager to define our positioning and implement it in our product, customer success and growth strategy. As a productivity tools, building a fan base and strong ties with our current and prospective users is a key pillar of our Go-to-Market strategy.

A couple of words about this role within our team:

  • Define, implement and track content strategies to drive awareness, adoption and engagement
  • Create compelling marketing materials to engage our audience: blog articles, videos, testimonials, podcasts, email campaigns etc.
  • Develop our branding and positioning: lead our positioning efforts and build a narrative that will make folk shine.
  • Work closely with our Product and Go-to-Market teams to develop our product marketing strategy and create valuable content for features, integrations and partnership launches: FAQ, how to's, feature release etc.
  • Build our online presence and engage our community

You and your approach to the role:

  • you have experience in brand, content or marketing roles, preferably within SaaS companies.
  • you intend to have an impact on the overall Go-To-Market strategy as a content and marketing expert, working hand in hand with Erwan - Growth and Julie - Customer Success.
  • you're a product lover. You can wait to deep dive into product research and you demonstrate high empathy towards our users. Plus, you have an understanding and a deep curiosity for productivity tools.
  • you thrive for creativity. You want to challenge and improve the status quo. You're constantly looking to bring new perspectives.
  • you're a strategic thinker who loves to confront their insights to the field's reality.
  • you have amazing writing skills and a nudge for story-telling.
  • you're an impressive English native, either you're native or you can make us believe you are.

Here's our hiring process for this role:

  1. A 30min video call with Morgane - Talent Manager to make sure our expectations are aligned.
  2. A 45min video call with Simo - COO to deep dive about role specifics such as required skills, knowledge, abilities as well as working environment, day-to-day life. Follow-up by a demo of folk so you have in depth knowledge of our product.
  3. A 45min video call with with Erwan - Growth and Julie - Customer Success to project the collaboration you might have together and provide additional info on day to day.
  4. A fully remote exercise to assess your content and marketing skills alongside your strategic thinking. Followed by a 60min video call to discuss around the exercise
  5. A 30min video call with Jean-Yves - CTO to discuss around our approach and vision and make sure there's alignment here as well.

๐Ÿฉนย Wellness days: this is meant to be an inclusive initiative that offers an extra 4 days off entitled for wellness. These are optional support days when your health isn't 100%(migraine, cold, Pre Menstrual Syndrom or period for instance). Those days are provided to everyone at folk regardless of seniority, with salary 100% maintained, without the need to have a medical certificate. We trust you and believe you're the best person to know when you should focus on your health.
