About the role.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows on folk
- Connect folk with other tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Stripe, BigQuery, Lemlist…) using Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Use API calls to create advanced integrations and custom scenarios
- Help clients define and refine their sales processes with automation in mind
- Document automations clearly and provide guidance for long-term scalability
About you.
- 2+ years of experience in automation, integrations, or CRM-related projects
- Strong command of automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
- Solid understanding of APIs and proven ability to implement them
- Fluent in both French and English — written and spoken
- Autonomous, structured, and client-oriented, with a knack for quickly understanding needs and proposing effective solutions
- Curious, problem-solving mindset and proven track record of delivering efficient, scalable automations
