About the role.
- Own and drive our outbound efforts: cold calls, email outreach, and prospecting to generate qualified leads using folk and Lemlist.
- Help build and refine our outbound strategy — from first scripts to scalable processes.
- Collaborate closely with the team to align messaging with our product vision and ICP.
- Deliver clear, qualified leads to our sales pipeline with thoughtful handoffs.
- Test, learn, and iterate quickly based on performance data and market feedback.
About you.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR/BDR role with a strong outbound focus.
- Fluent in both French and English — written and spoken.
- A product-minded approach: you’re curious, autonomous, and care about what you’re selling.
- Comfortable with cold calling and turning “no’s” into learning moments. Experience with qualification frameworks and outbound approaches.
- Strong communication skills, grit, and a test-and-learn mindset.
