We're looking for Site Reliability Engineer to bring our product vision to life by supporting the development of well-thought features that have thousands of users waiting for them.

We could be a great match if:

  • youโ€™re a great site reliability engineer caring for users. We want to work with skilled people who have a real focus on the customer experience.
  • you believe preparing work is more valuable than doing the work. There is nothing that we dislike more than rushing into the code. Instead, we plan and prepare by spending the required time allowing to identify the key areas and the main evolutions needed. The rest should be like playing along a score sheet of music.
  • you have actively designed complex infrastructures. We are looking for people that have been involved in complex multi-services, multi-technologies and multi-zone environments.
  • you're looking to take ownership over projects from start to finish: understand the business logic, the requirements and ensuring delivery - staying in touch with the software developer
  • you're interesting in creating an outstanding, flexible and generic enough developer experience that match different use cases. We want our SRE to build a framework that allows the software developers to be autonomous with the infrastructure.
  • you have a strong focusing on monitoring and alerting: building metrics pipeline (we use datadog) to track performance and issues. You are proactive with the team to alert on trends, risks and issues.
  • you value an approach to quality. You build a feature with the highest level of quality possible at the time
  • working with scaling or high load application is not something that scares you
  • you know how to do finops and are always looking for opportunities to find the good ratio between performance and cost

Our stack

Weโ€™re not so much focused on libraries but on a more high level approach of how to build the right things the right way. A lot of effort is spent preparing the work, questionning the purpose of the project, the required evolution of the stack and we certainly want to avoid rushing into code.

  • Frontend: ReactJS
  • Backend: NodeJS, SQL, Redis, Kafka
  • Data: Python
  • Hosting: AWS mostly serverless, mutlizone
  • Monitoring: Datadog
