Mission

We're looking for the first talent acquisition expert to join our team. We strongly believe building a great company is about 1. building a team 2. building a product, in this order.

His/Her missions will be:

1. Attracting

  • Take the ownership on employer branding subjects (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Meetups, Videos, Job Boards) and keep innovating to make sure we shine
  • Identify the most relevant ways to attract the best talents by keeping up to date with latest HR trends, using new and creative ideas to find and engage with our target candidates
  • Help build an efficient and comprehensive salary grid

2. Closing

  • Identify potential talents through CVs; conduct screening interviews in order to submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers
  • Improve candidate experience by making sure everyone is rigorous, reactive and ensuring a good follow-up
  • Track metrics and find solutions to improve our way of recruiting

3. Engaging

  • Organize and permanently re-shape onboarding experience to facilitate new Folkers ramp-up
  • Follow-up with new hires to make sure integration happens smoothly
  • Collaborate and participate in framing our people performance system to get sure everyone can give the best of himself

Requirements

  • You have at least 3years of experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment (in a company or in a recruitment agency)
  • You're skilled at building relationships with candidates to ensure smooth hiring across our company
  • You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload. You are able to follow the hiring process with a great rigour
  • Native in French and English
  • Perfect verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly creative mindset
  • Energy, autonomy and drive

Process

  • A 15 min sourcing call with our RPO
  • A 45 min video-call with our COO
  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your communication skills + situation
  • A 1 hour to discuss the exercise with our CEO/CTO
