We commit to continuous improvement. We're aware that building a more diverse team and a more inclusive workplace is a huge piece of work.
We know that we'll fail by trying to tackle everything at once. As with our product, we will build a more diverse and inclusive team by blocks, focusing on 20% big changes and 80% small changes.
And we’ll also continue to:
- encourage every folker to share suggestions and keep the conversation going
- write these pages. More specific content will come – we're only getting started 🙃
