👋 Hi there,

Our team's shared mission is to shake up the CRM industry with our people-first perspective.

We believe mass outreach is so passé and businesses are missing a tool to build real relationships with prospects and partners.

folk is a CRM to build genuine connections, that's simple to use and easy to integrate. We help our customers reach the right client (at the right time), nurture lasting connections, and drive new business.

Ready to make an impact? We want you on our team.

🤝
We believe that a human touch in the sales process is a game-changer both in the short and long term. That's why we’re looking for a dynamic Sales person to join our GTM team and help drive folk's growth.

About the role.

As an Account Executive at folk, you’ll be a key player in our growth. You'll not only run demos and close deals but also help shape our sales process and scale our operations.

  • Lead demos & Close deals. Guide prospects through their CRM decision-making process. Position folk as a trusted advisor—helping prospects make informed, strategic decisions for their businesses.
  • Shape sales strategy. Help build sales processes, create initiatives to drive demo bookings, inbound management, product intent detection, and enhance tools to scale our growth.
  • Collaborate across teams. Work with Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, and Product to optimize our approach, targeting high-potential leads, and ensuring customer insights inform future development.

About you.

You're a seasoned sales pro with a consultative mindset, a passion for helping others, and deep B2B SaaS expertise. You thrive in fast-paced environments and always go the extra mile to close deals.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS), with a focus on demos and lead conversion (ideally 2+ years).
  • A consultative approach—you understand that sales is about solving problems, providing value not just closing deals
  • Exceptional communication skills—you build trust, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the sales journey.
  • A strong product sense—you know how to empathize with user challenges and pitch folk’s CRM. You are passionate about SaaS, and ideally productivity tools.
  • Fluency in English and French, either as a native speaker or at a professional level.
  • Organizational excellence—you can juggle high volumes of demos and follow-ups while maintaining focus on results.
  • A team player mentality—you thrive in a collaborative, international setting.
