About the role.
- Run demos, and follow-ups to close accounts (in both English and French).
- Take part in all sales-oriented process-building.
- Cross-team collaboration to improve our sales motion.
- with Marketing & Growth teams to clarify ICP
- with Inbound team to target demos that convert best and contribute the most to revenue
- with Customer Success team to ensure good onboarding of our customers
Buying a CRM is an educated process, we expect you to position folk as advisors to our clients
Weโre setting up a sales machine: increasing the number of demos booked and launching key initiatives (outbound, user base targeting, inbound management, product intent detection etc.). There's still a lot to be improved.
About you and what will make your approach to the role.
- You have previous experience (+2 years) in a sales-oriented-role (Inbound SDR, Account Executive) requiring you to focus on demos and lead conversion, ideally in a B2B software company
- You have this โextra-mileโ mindset to close deals whatever it takes
- You are a people person. You possess good communication skills (build empathy, create good follow-up cadence, with the right copy and the right content)
- You have a strong product sense in order to empathize with usersโ problems and pitch folk
- You are well-organized and able to shape the most efficient operating system (tools, workflows, materials)
- You're fluent in English and in French (either you're a bilingual native speaker or you can trick us into believing you are).
- Youโre a team player, comfortable in an international setting, and not averse to having some fun at work!
